_Are those that are least indicative of pregnancy, are largely
subjective in that they are experienced by the woman and not by the
examiner.
1. Amenorrhea is the absence or cessation of menstruation.
2. Morning Sickness is the nauseated feeling you get during pregnancy. Morning sickness can be, but is not always, accompanied with vomiting. The nausea is often a result of the increased hormones in your body. Many health care providers think morning sickness is a good sign because it means the placenta is developing well.
3. Breast Tenderness is a common first sign of pregnancy due to the increase production of the hormones estrogen and progesterone. This usually begins 6 weeks after conception.
4. Urinary Frequency is cause by the hormonal changes in your body shortly after you become pregnant which leads to the increase blood flow to your kidneys thus filling your bladder more often.
5. Fatigue can be described as the lack of energy and motivation (both physical and mental). This is different than drowsiness, a term that describes the need to sleep.
6. Quickening is the moment during pregnancy when the baby is first felt to move. This usually occurs from the start of 18 weeks to 20th weeks).

1. Chadwick's Sign is the discoloration of the vaginal wall from pink to violet.
2. Goodell's Sign is the softening of the cervix.
3. Hegar's Sign is the softening of the lower uterine segment.
4. Ballottement is the procedure done by an examiner in which during bimanual examination, the fetus can be felt to rise against abdominal wall.
5. Uterine Enlargement is felt during the 12th week gestation just above the symphisis pubis.
6. Positive Pregnancy Test shows presence of human chorionic gonadotropin hormone in urine.
7. Braxton Hick's Sign is the periodic uterine tightening or what we also called painless contraction usually at the 28th weeks of gestation.

Doppler reveals heart beat at 10th weeks of gestation.
Fetoscope reveals heart beat at 16th weeks of gestation.
Sthetoscope reveals heart sound at 18th to 20th weeks of gestation by auscultation.
2. Fetal Movement is felt by the examiner usually after 20 weeks through palpation of the abdomen.
3. Fetal Outline can be seen by the examiner through a Sonography or X-Ray.
